國立台北科技大學文教基金會學行優良獎學金於10月8日(三)中午12:00截止

 

ㄧ. 獎助學金:本校大學部學生。(各系推薦乙名)

二. 獎助金額:每名新台幣伍仟元整。

三. 申請條件:未領其他獎學金，且上學年成績平均:學業七十分以上,操行甲等如修習體育、軍訓其成績及格，並以家境清寒，遭重大變故者優先。

四. 名額:(暫定)二十名

五. 申請表格:請到獎學金網站(表格)下載。學校首頁>查詢系統>獎學金>下載區

六. 申請期限: 申請期限:請於10月8日以前連同、申請表、成績單、簡述、清寒證明及相關證明文件送交系辦承辦人洪家龍(#2106)。

七. 敬請提供家庭概況簡述，並以A4紙直式打印。
