::: 公告105學年度第2學期碩士在職專班學生申請學位考試及辦理離校手續等相關事宜

各位研究生您好：

 

 本學期(105-2)有意申請學位考試或辦理離校手續等，請務必注意時間，才能順利畢業唷！

 

一、碩士班學位考試申請：自註冊日起至106年5月31日止。

請備下列文件及上系網登錄資料

  1. 系網→ e化系辦→ 學生相關→點選研究生學位考試申請系統

    登錄研究生學號、學校Email密碼並詳填資料。

  2. 請備：學位考試申請書、學位考試委員名單、論文摘要、歷年

    成績表。

二、論文指導除指導教授外如另聘一名教授共同指導，口試評分時，

共同指導教授須另評一分數列入總成績再平均之。


三、有關申請學位考試相關表格(如附檔)。


四、(依本校碩士學位考試辦法）

     1.學位考試舉辦時間：自註冊日起至106年7月31日止。

     2.申請撤銷學位考試時間：106年7月31日前。

     3.畢業離校手續截止日期：(目前106學年度行事曆尚未核定,待離

       校手續截止日期確定後會立即告知各位，依規定是至開學前兩

       週)。

     4. 如有同學遇到畢業離校手續單無法登入的系統問題，如為密碼

      有誤或是系統其他部份。可請學生逕洽分機3237王小姐詢問。
