公告

獎助對象：各系推薦乙名大學部學生經統一評比後選出17名，每名獎學金壹萬元。

申請資格：1.凡本校大學部品學兼優學生。2.學業成績：前學期平均分數80分以上

                      者。 3.操行成績：前學期平均70分以上者均可申請。

申請表件：1.申請書乙份；2.成績證明乙份；3.家庭清寒之相關證明(無則免附)；4.簡

                      單自述。

請於截止日前送系辦公室(另學士班同學逕送申請表及相關資料至學務處課指組)
