::: (截止日期:106/10/25) 學行優良獎學金﹝由系推薦辦理﹞

一、獎助對象：各系推薦乙名大學部學生經統一評比後選出20名；每名獎學金伍仟元。

二、申請資格：前學年(包含兩個學期)成績平均:學業70分以上，操行甲等如修習體育，軍訓其成績及格，並以家境清寒，遭重大變故者優先，且未領其他校內及校友獎助學金。

三、申請表件：1.申請書乙份；2.成績單乙份(含操行)；3.家庭清寒之相關證明(無則免附)。

請於截止日前送系辦公室(另學士班同學逕送申請表及相關資料至學務處課指組)
