系網申請步驟如下:

系網>ｅ化系辦 > 學生相關>獎學金申請表>登入login>點選已開放預申請之獎學金名稱>校園入口網站>帳號、密碼、驗證碼>表格填寫

 

獎助對象：各系推薦乙名大學部學生經統一評比後選出20名；每名

獎學金伍仟元。

申請資格：前學年(包含兩個學期)成績平均:學業70分以上，操行

甲等如修習體育，軍訓其成績及格，並以家境清寒，遭重

大變故者優先，且未領其他校內及校友獎助學金。

申請表件：1.申請書乙份；2.成績單乙份(含操行)；3.家庭清寒之

相關證明(無則免附)。

請於截止日前至校園入口網頁登錄獎學金申請，並將申請資料送系辦公室。(另學士班同學逕送學務處課指組)。
