系網申請步驟如下:

系網>ｅ化系辦 > 學生相關>獎學金申請表>登入login>點選已開放預申請之獎學金名稱>校園入口網站>帳號、密碼、驗證碼>表格填寫

 

獎助對象：各系推薦乙名大學部學生經統一評比後選出17名，每名

獎學金壹萬元。

申請資格：1.凡本校大學部品學兼優學生。2.學業成績：前學期平均

分數80分以上者。 3.操行成績：前學期平均70分以

上者均可申請。

申請表件：1.申請書乙份；2.成績證明乙份；3.家庭清寒之相關證明

(無則免附)；4.簡單自述。

請符合資格同學於截止日前至校園入口網頁登錄獎學金申請，並請於

截止日前送系辦公室(另學士班同學逕送申請表及相關資料至學務處課

指組)。
