系網申請步驟如下:

系網>ｅ化系辦 > 學生相關>獎學金申請表>登入login>點選已開放預申請之獎學金名稱>校園入口網站>帳號、密碼、驗證碼>表格填寫

 

獎助對象:各系推薦乙名學生經統一評比後選出20名。每名獎學金壹萬元。

申請資格:前學年(包含兩個學期)成績平均:學業80分以上，操行75分以 上，體育75分以上，並以家境清寒者為優先，且未領其他校內及校友獎助學金。

申請表件：1.申請書乙份；2.成績單乙份(含操行)；3.家庭清寒之相關證明(無則免附)。

請於截止日前至校園入口網頁登錄獎學金申請，並將申請資料送系辦公室。(另學士班同學逕送學務處課指組)。
