          會議紀錄第二點本年度專題製作成果展示日期誤植為12月7日(週二)，正確日期應為12月11日，錯謬之處請多見諒，謝謝！

        檢附本系於10月23日所召開之本學期第一次專題實務委員會會議紀錄，煩請撥冗參閱，謝謝！

各位師長請注意，提案四為了維持同學與指導老師的正確性，學生選擇指導老師將採取紙本與電子登錄並行，茲附上指導老師登記表，系上將與林敏勝老師商討改進登錄系統，不便之處請多見諒！
