日月光半導體 20 2 1 年 獎學金
獎學金申請對象：
一、 科系：電子、電機、機械、物理、化學、材料等理工相關科系
二、 報名資格 戶籍設籍高雄 屏東 台南地區的日碩 學生

獎學金金額；
每名學生每月補助 10,000 元，共計 21 個月。 補助未滿 21 個月於 報到 補足 21 萬元。


 獎學金申請方式及程序：
一、 申請時間： 20 2 1 7 /1 至 20 2 2 5 31 止 。 碩二申請 至 3/31 截止
二、 申請方式： 學生 應使 用『日月光菁英培育獎學金申請表』之專用申 請表，
並檢附 第九條申請文件 於公告截止日前 紙本 郵寄 或 線上報名 以郵戳
或 線上報名 時間為憑 。

 審查 ：由 本公司 進行初步資格審查，審查通過 將 另行通知面試日期。
經公告錄取之學生（以下稱「獎助生」），需完成履約協定之簽約手續，
