文教基金會學行優良獎學金

 

**申請本獎學金請先至獎學金申請系統登錄資料**

一.校園入口網站->學務系統->獎學金申請系統 及

二.電機系e化系辦 - 學生相關 - 獎學金申請表登入，並將申請資料送系辦公室，表格如附。

[沒有至上述二入口網頁登錄系統申登者，申請程序沒有完成，視為不合格]

本獎學金由各系各推薦一名，故請於申截止日前將申請資料送系辦。

 

一、獎助對象：各系推薦乙名大學部學生經統一評比後選出20名；每名獎學金伍仟元。

 

二、申請資格：前學年(包含兩個學期)成績平均:學業70分以上，操行甲等如修習體育，軍訓其成績及格，並以家境清寒，遭重大變故者優先，且未領其他校內及校友獎助學金。

 

三、申請表件：1.申請書乙份；2.成績單乙份(含操行)；3.家庭清寒之相關證明(無則免附)。

 

請於截止日前送系辦公室
