請轉知同學申請，由系辦推薦1位送學務處甄選

申請本獎學金請先至校獎學金申請系統登錄資料

1.校園入口網站->學務系統->獎學金申請系統

2.電機系e化系辦 - 學生相關 - 獎學金申請表登入，並將申請資料送系辦公室，表格如附。

[沒有至上述二入口網頁登錄系統申登者，申請程序沒有完成，視為不合格] 本案同學請於校內受理期限前送件至系辦，系推薦乙名送至學務處課指組。

 在學校友合於下列各款規定者均得申請本獎學金：            

 

上學年學業成績八十分以上                     

上學年專修(業)科目八十分以上                  

上學年實習(成績)科目八十分以上                

操行及體育成績各在七十五分以上               

家境清寒者優先
