本校107學年度榮譽學生申請案業已公告，相關事宜說明如下，請配合辦理。

說明：

一、 本校為鼓勵並表揚學生，於107學年度第1學期起，設立榮譽學生獎項，日間部四年制大學部與進修部學優專班應屆畢業生符合資格者，檢附「申請表」、「歷年成績單」、「符合本校榮譽學生頒發作業要點附表所列向度選項條件之相關佐證文件」、「其他有利審查資料」及「二千字以內之自述」，於107年10月31日前送至所屬系(班)提出申請，請各系(班)承辦同仁於收件截止日後，將所收資料送至教務處，爰請鼓勵貴系(班)符合資格同學於上述期限內提出申請。

二、 為利作業，請推派1名同仁擔任連繫窗口，請填妥下表，經系主任簽章後，於107年9月21日(星期五)前，送交教務處註冊組金卉榆小姐(分機1116)，謝謝!
